Most of us are using Rcommms access point to download from reliance.But Rcommms is not working from today, dont worry.Here is the solution. Just change the proxy port to 0.
That is:-
apn:rcommms
proxy serv. Address:10.239.221.5 or 10.239.221.22
port: 0.
I think it will work.
